The Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant at Busey supports sales growth and servicing of existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team. This role partners with the sales group to respond to proposals, analyzes plan data, and helps position our solutions against competitors.

Candidates should have strong communication and analytical skills, plus knowledge of retirement plan regulations. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in retirement plan service are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls.
• Research and analyze information for retirement plan clients; benchmark fees, services and investments.
• Understand competitors and position our solutions effectively.
• Prepare and tailor proposal presentations for the sales team.
• Respond to technical product and competitive positioning questions.
• Coordinate internal and external review materials for existing clients.
