Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base within the Human Resource Services organization. You will present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users, employing the Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs and close new business.

Travel may be required for conferences and training. The role requires prospecting, analyzing client needs, accurate paperwork in Salesforce, and building trusted relationships to uphold Paychex's reputation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars, and current client visits to grow the client base.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs to determine suitable products and routes to appropriate teams.
• Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and logs notes in Salesforce to support seamless service.
