Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base and drive profitable revenue within the Human Resource Services organization. The role involves presenting retirement and flexible spending plan products to key decision makers, scheduling meetings, and leveraging referrals.

You will analyze client needs, coordinate with relevant teams, and maintain accurate Salesforce records while traveling as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending account products and services to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using calls, mail, seminars, and other programs to seek new clients and referrals.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and determines which products are appropriate and refers to the right party when needed.
• Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com to ensure seamless selling and service.
• Projects a positive image representing the Corporation to uphold Paychex’s reputation.
