Paychex in Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic Retirement Plan sales professional to introduce our retirement plan and FSA products to prospective clients and drive revenue growth. You will engage final decision makers, tailor solutions, and build trusted relationships while travelling as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting planning, Salesforce documentation, and ongoing training to progress toward a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative position.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.

Responsabilités

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using various channels to identify new clients.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and directs to appropriate Paychex solutions.
• Resolves client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and logs client notes in Salesforce.
• Projects a positive image and represents Paychex to clients and the community.
• Develops technical and sales skills and completes SAFE examinations to advance.
