Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dynamic Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative in Milwaukee to drive new client acquisition for retirement plans and related services. You will present Paychex retirement and FSA products to decision makers and end users, leveraging referrals from financial advisor channels and current clients.

You will schedule client meetings, assess needs, and guide customers to the Paychex solution. Travel and ongoing product training are expected to sustain expertise and growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars and other local marketing programs to seek new clients.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and directs to appropriate Paychex products.
• Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless servicing.
• Projects a positive image to uphold Paychex’s reputation.
• Keeps up with product knowledge and training; may become Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative.
• May travel outside territory for meetings and training.
