Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative in Wisconsin to drive new business by promoting retirement plan and FSA solutions to advisors and end users. You will build relationships, present Paychex offerings, and manage the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex-related experience and completed training.
• 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via calls, direct mail, seminars, visits to gain new clients.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and matches Paychex products accordingly.
• Resolves client problems promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enters prospects and notes into Salesforce for seamless selling and service.
