Paychex is seeking a results-driven Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base in our Human Resource Services organization. You will present retirement and flexible spending account products to final decision makers and end users, in person or virtually.

You will schedule appointments, solicit referrals from financial channels, and use Salesforce to track prospects and client notes. Travel within the territory may be required as you build revenue and market share.

Competenze

• HS diploma required.
• Sales experience in relevant roles preferred.

Mansioni

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via telephone, mail, seminars and marketing programs to gain new clients.
• Analyzes prospect needs and routes to appropriate Paychex teams.
