Job summary

Paychex is seeking a motivated Retirement Plan Sales Representative to expand the client base for our Human Resource Services portfolio. You will present retirement and FSA products to decision makers, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include meeting with financial advisors, managing referrals, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. Travel within territory may be required to attend meetings and events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and completion of required training programs.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential referrals to secure leads.
• Prospect via calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Enter prospects and notes into Salesforce.com for seamless selling and service.
