Job summary

Paychex in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to develop new clients and expand the client base within the Human Resource Services organization. You will present retirement plan products to final decision makers, schedule meetings, analyze needs, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

The role emphasizes integrity, client service, and continuous development as Paychex grows its footprint in the market.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma - Required.
Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

Presents retirement plan products and services to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals and grow revenue.
Prospects through calls, mailings, seminars, and other local marketing programs to find new clients and referrals.
Analyzes prospects' needs to determine appropriate products and refer to the right party when needed.
Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
