Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH seeks a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to drive retirement plan and FSA product adoption with final decision makers. You will build relationships, present solutions, and close new business while aligning with Go-to-Market strategy.

You will schedule and visit referrals, analyze client needs, and document prospects and notes in Salesforce.com to ensure seamless service and revenue growth. This role may require travel and offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

HS Diploma is required.
2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs.

Responsibilities

Presents retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers to close new sales.
Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
Prospects via telephone, direct mail, seminars, client visits to gain new clients.
Analyzes prospects' needs to determine suitable products.
Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless service.
