Paychex seeks a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative in Marlton, NJ, to drive growth by presenting retirement and benefits products to financial decision makers and end users. You will manage schedules with advisory channels and convert leads into new business, while leveraging Salesforce for client data and activity tracking.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma – Required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training programs and/or certification.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision makers and end users to close sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect via phone, mail, seminars, and visits to grow clients and referrals.
• Analyze client needs and match Paychex products accordingly.
• Address client problems promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enter client and sales notes in Salesforce for seamless service.
• Represent Paychex positively to clients and communities.
• Develop technical and sales skills; complete SAFE certifications and training.
