Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant in Kansas City, MO to support sales growth and service existing retirement plan relationships.

The role partners with the sales team to respond to proposals, conducts analyses of fees, services and investments, and positions our solutions against competitors. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years retirement plan service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills to review data and present findings.
• Knowledge of retirement plan industry trends, regulations, and rules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls.
• Research and benchmark fees, services, and investments for retirement plan clients.
• Understand competitors and position our solutions effectively.
• Prepare tailored proposal presentations for the sales team based on analysis.
• Respond to technical product and competitive positioning questions.
• Coordinate review materials for existing clients and follow up with vendors.
• Assist onboarding of new retirement plan business and manage external vendors.

Education

Bachelor's degree

5+ years retirement plan service experience
