Ascensus is the leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The role involves supporting retirement plan clients, interpreting plan documents, and delivering accurate plan administration and reporting.

You will interact with clients and advisors, provide responsive service across channels, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and reporting through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Services, with emphasis in daily 401(k).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone, letters, and emails to resolve requests quickly.
• Build pro-active relationships with clients and advisors to drive retention and engagement.
• Interpret plan documents for client plan administration.
• Provide calculations and communicate fund actions to plan sponsors; research and resolve inquiries.
