Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The Account Executive role provides client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors, developing knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products to help clients manage their plans effectively.

You will deliver high-level service, resolve issues, and offer value-added consulting to drive client satisfaction and plan retention, while supporting the sales team in growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the ASCENSUS organization and with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment to ensure exceptional client service.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and priorities.

• Communicate clearly with clients and advisors about services and resolutions.
• Support sales in efforts to attain more business.
