Job summary

Ascensus, a leader in retirement plan solutions, seeks a Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of defined contribution relationships. You will drive client satisfaction, improve efficiencies, and resolve complex client issues in collaboration with advisors and TPAs.

The role requires ERISA knowledge, strong communication, and experience with plan designs and regulatory testing. A Bachelor's degree and ASPPA/CPEBS/NIPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASPPA/CEBS/NIPA certifications preferred.
• Experience with ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and advisors through proactive communication.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and partners and act as main contact for daily account management.
• Deliver client satisfaction by providing retirement plan and operational expertise and resolve issues.
• Address plan compliance, regulatory and operational issues with TPAs and advisors.
• Review plan activity status including compliance testing and statements.
