Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Utah is looking for a Retirement Services Specialist to manage accurate processing of payroll contributions and participant transactions within 401(k) plans. You will verify identities, review documentation, and approve transactions to ensure plan compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Payroll or employee benefits experience, including 401(k), is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries via phone and email.
• Research and resolve escalated calls from the call center.
• Track and process payroll contribution submissions with accuracy.
• Review, process, and approve participant transactions in line with plan rules.
• Conduct identity verification for participant transactions to ensure compliance.
• Maintain detailed records in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal departments, recordkeepers, and advisors to ensure timely processing.
