Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. is hiring a Key Account Manager, Retina to cover Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; and Lexington, KY. You will lead territory development, build relationships with retina specialists, and drive adoption of our lead product in a fast-growing market.

You will own Day 1 strategies, manage buy-and-bill discussions, and collaborate with Access, Reimbursement, and Trade teams to secure access and reimbursement. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech or medical-device sales with a retina focus.
• Proven success selling buy-and-bill in physician offices.
• Established relationships with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.
• Ability to develop and execute Day 1, Day 7, Day 30 plans.

Responsibilities

• Own territory from Day 1 across Cincinnati, KY and IN.
• Lead buy-and-bill conversations, reimbursement and payer strategies.
• Drive adoption through education, events, and distributor partnerships.
• Represent Outlook at regional meetings and cross-functional teams.
