Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Clinic Supervisor in Richmond, VA, responsible for day-to-day office operations, staff scheduling, and coaching to deliver a world-class patient experience. The role requires HIPAA compliance, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to satellite locations as needed.

Minimum two years healthcare management experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; ophthalmic experience is preferred. Full-time hours with some early/late adjustments are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years healthcare management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience in medical/ophthalmic setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff scheduling.
• Provide guidance on optical equipment usage, chart handling, insurance, and billing.
• Generate operational reports to monitor performance and profitability.
• Lead the team with coaching and structured development.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and HR on staffing needs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Train staff to deliver a world-class patient experience.
