Job summary

Tidewater Eye Centers is seeking a Clinic Supervisor in Chesapeake, VA with travel to Virginia Beach and Portsmouth offices. The role supervises daily office operations, staffing, training, and workflow optimization to ensure a world‑class patient experience and compliant practices. Must have COA or COT preferred and be able to manage schedules and reports.

Offering competitive pay ranging $24-29 per hour DOE, with full benefits and mileage reimbursement for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Two years of management experience in Ophthalmology or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, and training.
• Guide on optical equipment usage, medical chart handling, insurance, and billing processes.
• Generate operational reports to identify focus areas and drive improvements.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and HR on staffing and recruitment.
