Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations at multiple locations.
• Perform financial reconciliation and insurance administration.
• Manage personnel, schedules, and PTO across locations.
• Lead regular team meetings and provide training to new Patient Coordinators.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high patient satisfaction.
