Job summary

Arona Home Essentials in the United States is hiring a Customer Retention Associate to support the Customer Accounts Department with lease renewal communications, payments, and related outreach. You will advise customers on benefits of timely renewals and help collect revenues while protecting company assets.

This role includes field visits, phone outreach, database updates, and assisting with merchandise returns and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–300 pounds and handle field duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts with lease renewal payments and renewals.
• Contact customers to discuss benefits of timely renewals and collect revenues.
• Perform field visits and phone outreach; update customer database.
• Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as needed (5–25 hours/week).
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety and driving policies.
