Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Customer Retention Manager to lead retention initiatives and manage lease renewal processes across multiple stores. The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to improve customer loyalty and timely payments.

You will coordinate with store teams, review customer histories, and ensure data accuracy while supporting store needs in the absence of the General Manager. A bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• DOT physical/certification compliance required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Immediate contact of customers who have not renewed lease agreements.
• Maintain and update accurate customer information.
• Assist store needs and act as key holder in GM's absence.
• Monitor payment history and advise ownership on customer actions.
• Collect payments and obtain signatures on lease agreements.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and professional appearance.
