Arona Home Essentials in Owensboro, KY is hiring a Customer Retention Manager to lead our client follow-up and lease renewal initiatives. You will coordinate with store teams to reduce churn and protect revenue while delivering strong service.

The role requires leadership, sharp communication, and the ability to manage customer records, verify renewals, and support ownership decisions. A bilingual background is a plus, with a focus on results and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Immediately contact customers who have not renewed leases.
• Maintain updated customer information.
• Assist store operations and act as key holder when GM is absent.
• Monitor payment history and advise ownership.
• Collect money and obtain signatures on lease agreements.
• Support management and other tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50+ pounds.
