Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Customer Retention Associate to support lease renewals and customer communications in a fast-growing Rent-to-own business. You will counsel customers on timely payments, help collect revenues, and protect assets while maintaining accurate customer records.

The role involves occasional field visits, merchandise returns processing, and supporting deliveries. A strong team ethic and reliable driving are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts with lease renewal tracking and follow-ups.
• Counsel customers on benefits of timely payments.
• Collect revenues and protect company assets.
• Contact customers with unpaid lease agreements by phone and field visits.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries 5–25 hours per week.
• Sort and certify returned merchandise in QA Center.
• Provide field support when necessary.
