Job summary

Arona Home Essentials in Missouri is seeking a Customer Retention Associate to support the Customer Accounts Department with lease renewals, collect revenues, and help protect company assets.

You will contact customers by phone and in the field, assist with merchandise returns, maintain the customer database, and participate in field work up to 5–25 hours per week. The role emphasizes strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to lift, load and maneuver up to 300 pounds with proper safety.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license; DOT/medical requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Department with lease renewals.
• Counsel customers on benefits of timely lease payments.
• Collect revenues and protect company assets.
• Contact customers who have not paid leases by phone and field visits.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries (5–25 hours/week).
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA center.
• Assist in the field when necessary.
