Arona Home Essentials seeks a Customer Retention Associate to support the Customer Accounts Department with lease renewals and to counsel customers on timely payments. The role involves collecting revenues, contacting delinquent customers, and maintaining the customer database.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Customer Accounts with lease agreement renewals.
• Counsel customers on timely lease payments benefits.
• Collect revenues and protect company assets.
• Contact customers who have not paid leases.
• Phone calls and field visits to reach customers.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries (5–25 hrs/week).
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA Center.
• Assist in the field when necessary.
