Job summary

Arona Home Essentials in the United States is seeking a Customer Retention Manager to drive renewal strategies and enhance customer relationships across our store network. You will lead efforts to keep existing customers engaged, resolve issues, and ensure high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in collections or customer contact.

Qualifications

• Must have a satisfactory MVR and a valid driver's license.
• DOT certification/physical may be required.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Immediate contact with customers who have not renewed leases.
• Maintain updated customer information.
• Support store operations and act as key holder in GM's absence.
• Monitor payment history and advise ownership on customer actions.
• Collect payments and obtain signatures on lease agreements.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong communication.
