Job summary

Olive & June is seeking an Assistant Manager of Retention Marketing to own email and SMS execution and retention programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to move the needle on engagement, repeat purchases, and LTV, reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing & CRM.

This is a remote-first, fast-moving role in a growing DTC ecommerce brand. You'll manage Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and list health; lead loyalty, referral, and membership initiatives; and translate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
• 2–3 years of retention marketing experience with hands-on email and SMS execution.
• Strong ability to own programs end-to-end from strategy to analysis.
• Proficient in translating data into actionable insights for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end email and SMS campaign management, including segmentation and deployment.
• Manage Klaviyo flows, segments, and list health, with weekly performance reporting.
• Lead loyalty, referral, and membership programs to boost engagement and LTV.
• Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, and data teams to align program mechanics with business goals.
• Analyze program health and provide data-backed optimization recommendations.
