Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is seeking a hands-on Klaviyo specialist to own the retention engine for our DTC fragrance and wellness brands. You will build and manage all email and SMS flows, set campaigns, and optimize audience segmentation to engage subscribers and maximize revenue.

Collaborating with the Head of Retention, a designer, and a copywriter, you will QA every send, run A/B tests, report on KPIs, and ensure deliverability. Familiarity with Shopify and Loop Subscriptions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience building flows and campaigns.
• Expertise in segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with SMS alongside email.
• E-commerce or DTC background in subscription models.

Responsibilities

• Own all Klaviyo email and SMS flows and campaigns.
• Set up and manage campaigns on schedule and to brief.
• QA across every send and deliverability checks.
• Pull and present performance insights to inform decisions.
