A leading fashion accessories brand is seeking a Retention Manager to develop and execute customer retention strategies across email and SMS. The ideal candidate will leverage data to enhance customer lifetime value through strategic communication, A/B testing, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Proficiency in Klaviyo is crucial, along with a strong copywriting background. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in email marketing or retention marketing, ideally in ecommerce.
• Proven ability to write compelling copy with a successful portfolio.
• Experience managing agency relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the email and SMS content calendar.
• Write all email and SMS content, including subject lines and body copy.
• Brief the creative team on visual requirements for campaigns.
• Monitor and report on core KPIs like Open Rate and CTR.
• Audit and optimize automated flows and customer journeys.
