Job summary

VICI is seeking a Retention Marketing Assistant to drive email, SMS, and push campaigns using Klaviyo and PushOwl. You will work with merchandising, design, and site teams to optimize retention programs and expand the brand’s digital footprint.

You will analyze performance, build insights, and collaborate on creative briefs to ensure timely, impactful communications across channels. 40 hours weekly, in-office Walnut Creek location.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• 1-4+ years email marketing experience with consumer brands.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and deploys daily retention campaigns across email, SMS, and web/app push in Klaviyo and PushOwl.
• Adheres to the 360 calendar, coordinates with teams, and validates inventory ahead of deployment.
• Helps create and optimize creative briefs for retention campaigns.
• Analyzes campaign metrics and documents learnings; builds test result decks.
• Collaborates with designers to develop email campaigns from brief to execution.
• Improves email strategy by optimizing workflows and processes.
