Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, or related growth roles.
• Proven strategies to improve retention, utilization, adherence or recurring revenue.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product and Customer Experience.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into growth and retention actions.
• Experience measuring performance against retention, refill rates, engagement and KPIs.
• Experience building business cases and prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Strong project management and organization, capable of handling multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders.
• Proficiency with CRM, campaign management, reporting and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Define sales product strategy for single or multiple business lines for targeted markets.
• Drive sustained mail order pharmacy utilization through retention strategies.
