• Proven ability to develop and execute retention, adherence, and recurring revenue strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into growth opportunities.
• Experience managing performance metrics like retention, refill rates, engagement, and CLV.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders.
