Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing or related growth roles.
• Proven strategies to improve retention, utilization or recurring revenue.
• Led cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, CX.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into growth and retention actions.
• Experience tracking metrics like retention, refill rates, engagement, CLV.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales product strategy for channels across multiple lines of business.
• Owns end-to-end member lifecycle from first fill to repeat fills and adherence.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product and CX to optimize touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve sales performance.
