The role drives end-to-end member lifecycle management for mail order pharmacy, from first fill to ongoing adherence, with a focus on increasing refill rates and auto-refill adoption. The role collaborates with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Clinical teams to optimize touchpoints, reduce leakage, and achieve sustainable prescription growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer engagement, retention, or related growth roles.
• Proven retention and revenue growth strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience.
• Strong analytics translating data into growth plans.
• Experience tracking retention, refill rates, engagement, and KPIs.
• Experience building business cases and prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with CRM, campaign management, reporting tools.
• MS Word, Excel and Access knowledge.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustained mail order pharmacy utilization through retention strategies.
• Own end-to-end member lifecycle from first fill to repeat fills and auto-refill adoption.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Contact Center, Product, Analytics, and Clinical teams to optimize touchpoints.
• Identify refill leakage and improve script continuity.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to improve sales performance and market share.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
