Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Lead to shape the sales product strategy across lines of business and markets. You will drive mail order pharmacy retention, ownership of the member lifecycle, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience to optimize touchpoints and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, pharmacy, healthcare, contact center operations, or related growth-focused roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategies that improve retention, utilization, adherence, or recurring revenue performance.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable growth and retention strategies.
• Experience managing performance against metrics such as retention, refill rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience building business cases, prioritizing opportunities, and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management, including senior leadership influence.
• Proficiency with CRM, campaign management, reporting, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define sales product strategy for multiple lines of business and target markets.
• Own end-to-end member lifecycle from first fill through repeat fills and adherence.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to optimize member touchpoints.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Improve refill rates, auto-refill adoption, and reduce attrition.
• Provide data-driven insights and management reporting to improve sales performance.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and drive growth outcomes.
