Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, pharmacy, healthcare, contact center operations, or related growth roles.
• Proven experience developing strategies to improve retention, utilization, adherence, or recurring revenue.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience managing performance against retention, refill rates, conversion, engagement, and other KPIs.
• Ability to build business cases and prioritize growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define sales product strategy for target markets and business segments.
• Drive long-term member engagement and sustain mail-order pharmacy utilization.
• Own end-to-end member lifecycle from first fill to repeat fills and auto-refill adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Clinical teams to optimize touchpoints.
• Improve refill rates, reduce attrition, and grow prescription volume.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to improve sales performance.
