Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive expansion of the enterprise Next Best Action platform across channels. You will bridge channel teams and NBA platform teams, translating business needs into scalable capabilities and ensuring alignment and readiness for deployment.

The role demands experience leading cross-functional initiatives and guiding onboarding with reusable frameworks while supporting testing and go-live across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Technology Product Management, or a related discipline working across business and technical organizations.
• Experience leading product discovery efforts and translating complex business requirements into product capabilities, features, user stories, and implementation plans
• Experience onboarding new business channels, customer touchpoints, or operating groups to enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, operational processes, constraints, and desired business outcomes.
• Experience defining requirements for technology-enabled business capabilities, including integrations, workflows, customer experiences, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of technology integrations, APIs, data exchanges, system dependencies, and related concepts sufficient to define and communicate product requirements.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders to coordinate delivery of complex business or technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, capability gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery for channels considering NBA adoption.
• Collaborate with channel leaders to understand workflows and objectives.
• Translate channel needs into requirements for NBA integration.
• Define channel requirements for recommendation delivery and performance.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams for integration approaches.
• Identify gaps and propose enhancements to support scalability.
• Drive alignment to prioritize and implement channel needs.
• Develop onboarding plans, readiness criteria, and risk management for channels.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for successful NBA launches.
• Support testing, validation, and production readiness.
• Ensure requirements are met before launch and transition to operations.
• Establish reusable onboarding frameworks.
