Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Channel Development Lead to define sales product strategy for multiple lines of business, targeting specific markets. This remote, senior role drives member retention, auto-refill adoption, and sustained mail order utilization across channels.

The position partners with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Clinical teams to optimize touchpoints, reduce leakage, and improve sustained prescription growth while ensuring a member-first experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, pharmacy, healthcare, contact center operations, or related growth-focused roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategies to improve retention, utilization, adherence, or recurring revenue.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience managing performance against retention, refill rates, conversion, engagement, and other KPIs.
• Experience building business cases and prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders.
• Proficiency with CRM, campaign management, reporting, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive channel strategy and go-to-market plans to increase mail order pharmacy utilization.
• Own end-to-end member lifecycle from first fill to repeat fills and long-term adherence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience teams to optimize touchpoints.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities to improve retention and growth.
• Provide reporting and business-case support to executives for strategic decisions.
