Swiftly is seeking a Retailer Development Manager to drive adoption among small independent grocers through wholesale and cooperative partners. You will serve as the primary sales contact for independent grocers and support partner sales teams, building a robust pipeline and closing opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in BDR/SDR or inside sales, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and AI prospecting tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in BDR, SDR, or inside sales with a record of hitting pipeline targets.
• Skilled communicator by phone, email, and video, with strong organizational abilities.
• Experienced with Salesforce and daily use of AI tools for prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect independent grocers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner events.
• Close standard retailer deals under partner agreements and qualify handoffs for tailored solutions.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce and run partner operating cadences.
