Job summary

Ollie’s Lexington, VA store is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone-focused team on the sales floor, driving merchandising, customer service, and an exceptional associate experience.

You will execute procedures for merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery; manage staffing to ensure smooth unloads and floor stock; supervise teammates and uphold store standards and Ollie’s core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and floor stock for the zone.
• Ensure scheduling and staffing supports unload/processing and productivity.
• Supervise associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store when needed.
