Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store’s merchandising and customer experience. You will lead a zone, manage stock, signage, displays, pricing, and daily recovery while coaching a team for consistent performance.

Your role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling, and hands-on participation in opening and closing the store, ensuring standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
