Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, oversee merchandising and customer service, and drive associate productivity. You will manage signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery while ensuring store standards and programs are met.

You will schedule and supervise associates, open/close duties as needed, and partner with leadership to deliver a great shopping experience while upholding Ollie’s core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the zone to ensure merchandising and customer experience goals.
• Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, and pricing.
• Schedule and supervise staff for unload and floor restocking.
• Open/close store duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
