Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stock on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise; drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates in the zone; communicate directives and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and other duties as assigned.
