Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing and daily recovery, while delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes align with company programs, and you will manage merchandise flow from receiving to stocking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute zone procedures: merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs.
• Manage merchandise flow: planning, receiving, stocking the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing; boost productivity and service standards.
• Supervise zone staff; relay directives and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close store when needed.
