Job summary

Ollie’s Richmond, KY seeks a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, drive merchandising, and ensure exceptional associate and customer experience. The role focuses on executing planograms, maintaining pricing and displays, and fostering a high-energy team atmosphere.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and training for zone operations, ensuring store standards and customer satisfaction while collaborating with other departments to optimize sales and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
