Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a merchandising-focused team on the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience within the zone.

You will oversee signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery, while maintaining store standards and inventory controls. This role also requires staffing, scheduling, coaching, and opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes meet expectations.
• Oversee stocking and merchandise flow to the sales floor with proper scheduling and staffing.
• Supervise zone associates, communicate directives, and complete follow-up.
