Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, focusing on merchandising, displays and customer service to drive sales and experience. The role oversees a team and ensures stock, pricing and signage meet standards.

The candidate will support scheduling, staff development and daily operations, while maintaining Ollie’s focus on value and guest satisfaction across the zone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, reception and stocking on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff effectively for unloading/processing of merchandise while maintaining customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on additional tasks as assigned.
