Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, ensuring merchandising excellence and a top-tier customer experience. You will lead a team focused on displaying merchandise, optimizing signage, pricing, and replenishment while meeting operational standards.

You will supervise associates, assign daily tasks, and ensure staffing for unloading and floor replenishment. The role emphasizes strong communication, accountability, and a commitment to Ollie’s value-driven

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to work on site evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned store zone, including merchandising, signs, displays, and pricing.
• Oversee standards, inventory processes, and company programs for operations.
• Manage Door to Floor process to ensure proper stocking and timing.
• Provide supervisory guidance to associates in the zone.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Maintain customer service standards and store cleanliness.
• Schedule and staff for unloading and processing merchandise.
• Communicate directives and follow up items to store associates.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform additional duties.
• Support continuous improvement and zone performance goals.
