Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and customer service. You will oversee displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery to drive performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Oversee stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing while driving productivity and customer service.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives.
• Open and close the store as needed and handle other responsibilities.
